Wire received from 120th Bd to effect that after 10 AM today all units of 40th Division will be ready to move at one hours notice -

40th Division RAMC Order No 37 dated 20/11/17 received to effect that 40th Division will move at one hours notice to BEAUMETZ - DOIGNES area and will then advance in an easterly direction x x x 135th Field Ambulance will remain parked in present position until furhter order - Motor Transport of 3 F.As of Division will be parked with 136th F.A. at BARASTRE and will come under orders of ADMS direct x x x

22nd
Intimation received from ADMS that from 9 am 40 Division came under administration of IV Corps. RAMC 40th Div Op Order No 39 22/11/17 received - giving outline of evacuation scheme for IV Corps first - RAMC Op Order No 40 22/11/17 received to effect that 40th Div will attack BOURLON WOOD - 119 Inf Bd will lead followed by 121st Inf Bde, 120th Bde wil be in reserve - 137th F.A. will follow 119 Inf Bde and will be responsible for evacuation of casualties.
