10. Lt Col. W.KENNEDY, M.C.   )  will be in Command of the
Commanding 18th Welsh Rgt.) 1st Coaching Train.
Lt-Col. J.F.PLUNKETT M.C. )   will be in Command of the
Commanding 19th R.W.Fus.  )  2nd Coaching Train.
 Lt. COl. M.E.ROWAN ROBINSON ) will be in Command of the
Commanding 136th Fd. Amblce.) 1st Omnibus Train
Captain A.B.RAYNER            ) will be in Command of the
Commanding 229th Fd. COy. R.E.) 2nd Omnibus Train
11. A party of 1 Officer and 30 O.R. is to be detailed on detrainment to clean each Train as follows;-
First Coaching Train  18th Welsh Regt.
Second Coaching Train  19th R.W.Fusiliers
First Omnibus Train 136th Field Ambulance.
Second Omnibus Train 119th T.M.Battery.
The R.T.O. will provide brooms on application.
12. A billeting party from the 121st Infantry Brigade will proceed by the 1st Coaching Train. The Party will report to O.C. the Train for  accommodation on the Train.
13. All details attached by Division will proceed by the Second Coaching Train.
14.  Lorries for conveyance of blankets, rolled in bundles of ten, will meet trains on arrival at BEAUMETZ.
15. Entrainment for Coaching Trains is to begin one hour before the hour of departure and for the Omnibus Trains 2 hours.
