17th (Ser.) Battalion The Welsh Regiment.

1    On the 10th October 1917 the Battalion will move to
     BEAUMETZ by rail.
     Time and place of entrainment to be notified later.

2.          BILLETING PARTIES
     Lieut. Mould and Sergt Oliver "A" Company will report
     to the Staff Captain in 119th Infantry Brigade at the      120th
Brigade Entrainment Railhead on October 8th, time and      place to be notified later. They will take rations with      the up to and including 10th October.

3.          
     Billeting sub areas will be as follows:-

             UNIT.           LOCATION.         BILLETING PARTY.

           17th Welsh      SIMENCOURT     Town Major WARLUS.[?GGD]

4.          TRANSPORT
            The following Transport will proceed by rail

               4  Field Kitchens.
               2  Water Carts.
               1  Officers Mess Cart
               1  Maltese Cart.
               6  G.S. Limbers.
               7  Pack Horses
     ANIMALS
               10   Riders.
               17   L.D. Horses.
                8   H.D. Horses.

          PERSONNEL
                1   Officer (Lieut. Hammond)
                45. Other Ranks.

      (b)   The remainder of the Transport comprising
               
                 4  G.S. Limbers.
     ANIMALS.
                 1  Rider.
                 9  L.D. Horses.
                 1  H.D. HOrse

          PERSONNEL
                 13 Other Ranks.

          Above is      i/c of the Transport Sergeant.
     Above under heading 4(b) will proceed by march route
     as part of a Brigade Convoy under the Command of Major
     C.C. Dowding .M.C. 18th Welsh Regiment.

5.          BLANKETS.
              Lorries for conveyance of Blankets Rolled in
     bundles of 10 will meet trains on arrival at BEAUMETZ
