The first step has been to introduce an almost text-only version of the HomePage.

Various texts and websites are being studied and the outcomes will be reported and acted upon.

Links will be provided to sites catering for and giving advice to web page designers intent on developing website that meet the needs of the visually and otherwise impaired individuals.

Efforts will be made to change the colours of links and backgrounds. The background on this page is deliberately white and the text, where possible is black.
